The heritage knowledge quiz held for the first time in Kosovo

During this month, in Vushtrri, Cultural Heritage without Borders (CHwB) Kosovo office has organized a knowledge quiz "Heritage starts with you". This is the first quiz of its kind, involving themes of cultural heritage that was organized in this municipality and beyond Kosovo.

Through an innovative approach, this project aimed to increase the knowledge of young people of Vushtrri on cultural and natural heritage and as a result participants would become the promoters of our rich heritage. The project was organized in partnership with the Municipality of Vushtrri and with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport. Moreover, it is promoted through Tribuna Channel television and local radio Vicianum.

In this project were invited all low secondary schools (classes VI, VII, VIII and IX) and high secondary schools (classes X, XI and XII) of the Municipality of Vushtrri, each school by creating teams of 4 students. Considering that the students of these schools do not have special courses on heritage, CHwB has prepared and distributed broad literature with information on local, national and world heritage so that students are prepared for the race. The call for quiz was responded by 7 schools in total, and three rounds of competition were organized with them.
