Erza Shala is a licensed architect who completed her bachelor’s and master’s studies at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Prishtina. Her thesis addressed the protection of cultural heritage, a field that has shaped her professional path so far
At this stage of her professional engagement, Erza is involved in the project “Conservation of the Archaeological Site Ulpiana – Justiniana Secunda,” which includes workshops, digital documentation, and the preparation of the project, from the existing condition through detailed development to implementation.
Since 2021, Erza has been engaged as an architect at CHwB Kosova, where she has contributed to several important programs and projects, such as “Cultural Heritage as a Driver for Intercommunity Dialogue and Social Cohesion,” “Cultural Heritage as a Driver for Economic Revitalization in Janjeva,” the documentation of the existing condition of endangered monuments within the “Cultural Districts” Program, the program “Cultural Heritage Documentation through Technology,” as well as the project “Conservation and Development of the Archaeological Site in Dresnik.”
Her professional engagement focuses on the field of documentation and conservation of cultural heritage, integrating professional knowledge with practical experience and the use of contemporary working methods.
