Alban Morina is a Program Manager at CHwB Kosova, leading the Cultural Heritage as a Human Right platform, and has been engaged with the organization since 2014. He has extensive experience managing EU-funded Cross-Border Cooperation programmes, particularly between Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro. Trained as an architect, Alban holds a Master of Science with merit in Architectural Design.
He has led key urban regeneration initiatives, including the revitalisation of a historic street in Prishtina developed as a Model Street for the city’s historic centre. His professional background spans cultural heritage restoration, spatial planning, project management, and policy-oriented heritage development.
Alban has contributed to numerous international scientific conferences, most recently at an ICOMOS-organised conference in Sicily, where he presented on cultural heritage education systems in Kosovo.
