Donika Gashi is a Communications Officer at CHwB Kosova, where she has been managing the organization’s communication strategy, social media, and public outreach since 2025. She creates multimedia content, supports campaigns and events, and ensures consistent storytelling across all platforms.

Donika has over 10 years of experience in journalism and media production, having worked as a journalist, producer, and host across television, podcasts, and digital platforms, covering social issues and current affairs in Kosovo. She has also served in communications roles for NGOs, including GERMIN and Peer Educators Network, managing campaigns, social media, and documentary projects.

She holds a Master’s degree in Journalism, Media, and Globalisation from Charles University in Prague and completed her first year of the Master’s program at Aarhus University and the Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX).
