Main Project Objectives
- Contribute in the local economic growth of the programme area through the exchange of knowledge and recognition of cultural heritage values while strengthening the cooperation between the institutions, the CSOs and the community in Kosovo and Montenegro.
- Enhance the well-being of the community in the cross-border region through the creation of culture based development models.
- Cross border culture heritage values are widely acknowledged, embraced and promoted.
Main Project Outcomes
- The adaptive reuse of one cultural heritage site in Kosovo to be used by the creative fields driven by culture heritage community practices.
- The cultural routes signage and interpretation in the Old Town of Bar is in place and improved, with special focus for the interpretation for the marginalised groups.
- The Creative Hub of the economic region West in Kosovo is established with the guidance of the newly formed Creative Hub in Bar.
- Relevant stakeholders from the cross border affected municipalities, including youth, are trained in the field of adaptive reuse of cultural heritage buildings, interpretation of heritage sites and tourism management.
