Kosovo Tour de Culture is a non-competitive and recreational cycling tour created in 2008 in the framework of the European Heritage Days (EHD) and European Mobility Week (EMW) in the third week of September. This activity is unique for Kosovo, consisting from the
synergy of principles derived from EHD and EMW framework based on the programmes of Cultural Heritage without Borders (CHwB)
and UN-HABITAT. Communities, young people, media and general public will experience a direct and alternative way of cultural heritage
promotion, out of stereotypes and political context given to it. In this way, this project will bring people close to each other without any
prejudice. An added value to the project will be promotion of issues regarding urban mobility and environmental pollution.
