The goal of visioning is to derive written and visualised statements of a community’s long term goals and strategic objectives for sustainable urban and spatial planning. With this Leaflet we want to promote the concept of Visioning as a crucial element in local inclusive spatial planning processes, applicable to all municipalities in Kosovo.
